For Women Who Want More Than Another Set Of Food Rules

The cultural silence around menopause has left generations of women unprepared, confused, and isolated. Meanwhile, the wellness industry offers "solutions" that focus on fighting against your changing body rather than understanding and working with it.

I hear you saying:

"I've been given no roadmap for this journey. Society acts as if it's something to hide."

"I've gained weight, especially in my belly, and nothing I try seems to work."

"I know I don't want to do another diet, but I'm worried about my rising cholesterol and blood sugar."

"I refuse to view my body as broken just because it's changing."

This 3-week mini-series breaks the worn out shame tactics with evidence-based, body-affirming approaches that acknowledge perimenopause not as a disease, but as a natural transition that deserves proper understanding and support.

Why This Program Is Different

While most approaches ignore the physiological realities of midlife transition, this series acknowledges what you're experiencing isn't just "in your head" or about "letting go of diet culture." It also recognizes that society has offered little guidance for this natural phase of life, often treating it as something to hide or "fix" rather than understand.

Your body really is changing. Your hormones are shifting. And your relationship with food needs to evolve alongside these changes.

This series delivers:

  • Physiological Understanding of how your changing hormones affect hunger, satiety, and metabolism

  • Psychological Tools to navigate the complex emotions of body changes without falling back into diet mentality

  • Practical Strategies that respect both your health concerns and your need for a peaceful relationship with food

Nourish Your Changing Body: A Feminist Approach to Midlife Nutrition

This program is for you if:

  • You're tired of hearing "just accept your body" without any practical guidance

  • You've tried intuitive eating but found it didn't work for you because it felt like more rules or "things to do"

  • You're worried about inflammation, joint issues, or metabolic changes but don't want to return to restrictive dieting

  • You're ready to stop saying "I don't recognize myself anymore" and start building a new relationship with your evolving body

  • You're seeking fact-based information about this natural transition and are maybe a little pissed that it has historically been shrouded in silence

Unlike generic intuitive eating programs (which can feel like they're ignoring your real health concerns), this series addresses the real physiological changes of perimenopause while providing practical strategies that support both your health AND your relationship with food.

The Missing Piece: Community Support

That’s normal. This course will help you explore those feelings with compassion and offer a different path—one that supports your health without reinforcing shame or control.
